What we have accomplished until now is a platform/arena where the battle will take place. The art for each player have not yet been completed to being implemented into the game, so instead we are using unities own objects. For the time being. Each player can move around and rotate with your aim/weapon. Down below you can see four players, each on have a black spot on them, that is their “weapon/aim”. Where that points, the projectiles will go.

The players can throw their weapon if so desired, which will fly for a certain time limit and then destroy itself. Here is an example where a player have thrown their weapon.

If the weapon hits another player, they will take damage. The player can also throw a repulsive grenade, a classic grenade and a molotov. The throwing mechanic works the same way on all three, the only difference is that the repulsive grenade sends out shock-waves that pushes back any player hit by it, a kind of knock back. The classic grenade explodes after some seconds like a normal grenade would have. The molotov explodes directly when landed on the ground, it creates fire in a certain area and if a player gets hit by the fire they will caught on fire and can be spread among the players. For example, a player caught on fire and ran into another player, then that player also will be caught on fire. All of these attacks and effects need particle effects, which is a total 70% complete. Here is a picture of some particle effects that is active:

You can not see so much, but the goal is to make the effects pixel like, not to much but enough that you can see a difference.

The sound effects will be sound mechanic like, to create the steampunk theme feeling for the player. The game will have different game modes, we have at least decided to have two modes, a battle royal mode where everyone is against each other and a capture the flag, where you play 2v2.

Our target audiences are people who like fast paced shooter, competitive games and couch games. For example games like Rocket league, Speed runners and enter the gungeon.
